TL Baldree raised his family in Greenville, South Carolina and brings nearly three decades of experience in building materials, construction, sales, and commercial real estate.
His background includes leading sales and marketing for a national steel building company, establishing a masonry distribution business with four locations in Upstate South Carolina, and working with custom home builders, commercial contractors and their clients. He has also facilitated commercial real estate transactions and worked with several building supply companies to increase sales in the Carolinas.
That experience has given him a valuable understanding of both sides of the material decision: what suppliers need to communicate and what builders and their clients need to know. Through RealGrainCo, TL combines his product knowledge, established industry relationships, and hands on approach to help construction professionals find distinctive building materials from dependable sources.
